Samsung confirms HBM5 will use 2nm GAA process, speed over 50% faster than HBM4E
Samsung Electronics confirmed that its next-generation HBM5 memory will use a 2nm GAA process, achieving over 50% higher speed than HBM4E. The company plans to leverage its experience from 4nm HBM4 base chips to introduce 2nm GAA early in HBM5.
