Kuper launches chatbot and voice assistant on Naumen Erudite platform
Kuper has combined text and voice customer support using the Russian Naumen Erudite platform and its own AI solution. The AI assistants automate 54% of text and 46% of voice inquiries. Customer satisfaction index (CSI) grew from 25% to 73% in chats and from 33% to 73% in voice over a year.
