COMETAL's Experience: How Neural Networks Replaced Routine in Operations Directorate

COMETAL, a subsidiary of Severstal, implemented custom AI solutions to combat routine tasks: document comparison, drawing cleanup, call analysis, a neuro-lawyer, and the chatbot 'Arkady'. Time savings reached up to 40 hours per month per department and about 20% of specialists' time. They use the corporate platform 'Da Vinci', which provides access to several LLMs within a secure perimeter.
