Yandex B2B Tech announced a universal AI agent for businesses, capable of automating 30-50% of routine office tasks that currently consume up to a third of employees' time. The agent, based on Yandex AI Studio technologies, is expected to be released by the end of September 2026. It can handle both simple tasks like meeting summarization and complex multi-step processes such as comparing commercial proposals from suppliers, selecting the best one, and processing a purchase. It also assists with corporate document management, auto-filling contracts, sending them to counterparties, and generating closing documents. Users can grant the AI assistant access to corporate services under their own credentials, with restricted permissions and human confirmation required for critical actions. Companies can use pre-built skills like 'Financier' or 'HR Specialist' or create custom ones without coding, simply by specifying data sources and describing the process.
