Solv Labs, with ICME Labs, built an AI agent-payments workflow on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore payments, using ORACLE policy engine and ICME PreFlight for compliance. Every transaction is pre-authorized, attested in a Nitro Enclave, risk-priced, and fully auditable, completing in under four seconds.
Solv Labs developed a governed agent-payments workflow using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore payments, a capability introduced in May 2026 in partnership with Coinbase and Stripe. The workflow uses three governance components: ORACLE for pre-authorization, an integrity service in an AWS Nitro Enclave, and a risk engine for per-transaction pricing. Each payment is checked against policy via ICME PreFlight, which produces a privacy-preserving proof verifiable by third parties. Transactions complete in under four seconds, including settlement through Coinbase, and produce a signed evidence record binding policy, proof, attestation, risk price, and settlement artifacts. AgentCore payments enforces per-session spending limits and integrates with AgentCore Observability on CloudWatch. The pattern enables verifiable execution, risk pricing, and independent auditability for enterprises in regulated environments.
