SerchInform KIB's AI assistant now supports custom prompts

The DLP system SerchInform KIB has extended its AI assistant with the ability for information security specialists to create custom prompts for incident search, as reported by CNews. Prompts are written in the KIB interface in natural language without code or regular expressions, with built-in recommendations for structure and content. The query works like an AI security policy, automatically checking employee communications and notifying the security service of violations. This adds to existing preconfigured AI policies for detecting leaks, corporate fraud, and monitoring risk groups. According to Alexey Drozd, head of the security department at SerchInform, customization helps solve non-standard tasks and makes the tool more flexible, for example, finding discussions specific to an industry. Filters allow selecting which messengers and social networks to analyze, and for email, which mailboxes to check. The AI assistant, introduced in early 2026, is an embedded component based on a large language model, detecting hidden incidents not found by classic algorithms, summarizing email chains, chats, and documents, translating from 120 languages in real time, and running locally to keep corporate data within the perimeter.
