Version 1.0.5 of the Russian Spelling Dictionary marks the completion of an expansion phase that began with version 1.0.1. Over four releases, the dictionary grew from 179,956 to 550,291 entries, with a CSpell wordform list of 2,342,788. Version 1.0.5 specifically improved suggestion quality without altering the recognition set: correct suggestions at the first position increased by 33.9%, and among the top five by 16.4%. The dictionary is now distributed as four packages: for Mozilla applications (XPI), LibreOffice (OXT), CSpell, and a standalone ZIP for any Hunspell-compatible program. The author emphasizes that the dictionary is not just larger but more practical, handling both 'е' and 'ё' variants and being tested on modern corpora. Compared to existing Russian Hunspell dictionaries, it has more direct entries (550,291) than the standard LibreOffice/Linux family (146,269) or AOT variants (around 380-393 thousand).
