On the evening of July 27, Moonshot AI released and open-sourced its Kimi K3 model. South Korea's financial regulator is considering a rule to cap individual leveraged stock investment at 20% of total financial investment products, following a sharp decline in the KOSPI index. Xiaomi's wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhan Yibayiyiqi Enterprise Management Co., made a paper profit of 736 million yuan from strategic placement in Changxin Technology's IPO, but Xiaomi executive Xu Jieyun clarified it is a corporate investment, not personal wealth. Changxin Technology surged 465.82% on its first trading day, becoming the most valuable A-share company. Additionally, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology launched an IPv6 upgrade campaign for AI large models, and Microsoft AI released a cybersecurity model MAI-Cyber-1-Flash with 95.95% vulnerability detection performance and 50% cost reduction.
