IBS Acquires AI Solutions Developer Rubbles

IBS Group announced the purchase of 100% of LLC Rubbles, a Russian developer of software products for data analysis and improving business process efficiency using artificial intelligence. The transaction continues IBS's strategic course of systematically acquiring assets to expand its product portfolio in corporate data management with AI, addressing clients' needs for technological independence. Rubbles' main products include Planning Force for integrated business planning, demand forecasting, automatic replenishment and trade promotion management; Customer Insight for omnichannel customer interaction; and custom AI/data solutions developed for business needs based on data analysis and machine learning. The products are built on the Data Application Suite platform, which includes MLOps tools and a framework for accelerated development of enterprise applications. All solutions are included in the Unified Register of Russian Software. Rubbles' products are implemented in major Russian companies in light industry, wholesale and retail trade, financial sector, oil and gas, metallurgy and other areas. Over the past three years, IBS and Rubbles have been technology partners and implemented joint projects, during which Rubbles' developments proved their effectiveness and reliability.
