Google DeepMind launches accelerator in Asia-Pacific to tackle environmental risks

Google DeepMind launches its first accelerator in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, focused on the theme of "AI for the Planet." The program runs for three months and is designed for startups, research teams, and non-profit organizations working in nature, climate, agriculture, energy, and related fields. Participants will receive expert mentorship, tailored support, and assistance in integrating advanced AI models, including Google AI models for fundamental science, into their projects or products. The program kicks off with an in-person boot camp in Singapore.
