Computer Vision Developer Expands AI Solutions with SME Corporation Support

Russian computer vision developer Technologies of Video Analysis has secured 180 million rubles in preferential financing from SME Bank to boost AI research and new product development. The company, known for its Tevian solutions, will use the funds to maintain operations and invest in R&D, including a new railcar recognition product.
Technologies of Video Analysis, a Russian computer vision developer, has expanded its ability to implement promising AI projects thanks to support under a special program by the Ministry of Economic Development and SME Corporation (part of VEB.RF) for small technology companies. The company raised 180 million rubles in working capital from SME Bank, allowing it to allocate more resources to research and technology development. The company specializes in applied scientific research and software products for computer vision, with Tevian solutions used for recognizing faces, silhouettes, vehicles, goods, and documents. In May 2026, it added a specialized solution for automatic railcar number recognition for railway logistics and industrial use. Another development area is anti-fraud for remote identification, where Tevian algorithms detect fake documents, image editing traces, and deepfakes. The funds will help the company maintain current operations without cutting R&D investments.
