Claude AI shared chats indexed by Google - check if your conversations were exposed

Reddit users revealed that a Google dork (site:claude.ai/share) could pull up indexed Claude AI shared chats, including adult fanfiction, news discussions, fake book reviews, and programming conversations. Anthropic responded quickly, and the query stopped working soon after, but many active links remain, some containing deeply personal content with potential financial or legal repercussions. Private chats were not leaked; only intentionally shared conversations were exposed. Anthropic disabled indexing but should take further steps to prevent recurrence.
