Qwen3.8-Max is expected to be open-sourced next week, along with Qwen3.8-27B. Additionally, it is reported that South Korean financial regulators are pushing to introduce an 'emergency action authority' allowing regulators to quickly reduce the leverage ratio of single-stock leveraged products in emergency situations. Currently, single-stock leveraged products in South Korea are designed to track 2x returns. Through the emergency action authorization, if deemed necessary to protect investors, the leverage ratio could be lowered to 1.5x or 1x.
