AI Platform BioPulse to Reduce Biological Risks in Livestock Farming

Agropromcifra and Smart Technologies Invest have launched a pilot project to control biosafety in livestock farming using AI. The BioPulse platform predicts biological risks by analyzing data from production facilities, veterinary measures, personnel movements, and more. The system aims to shift from reactive to proactive risk management, with the first implementation at Tavros Group enterprises.
Agropromcifra and Smart Technologies Invest have launched a pilot project using artificial intelligence to control biosafety in livestock farming, as reported by CNews. The BioPulse platform for predicting biological risks in agricultural enterprises integrates data on production facilities, veterinary measures, personnel and transport movements, sanitary procedures, laboratory tests, incidents, and causes of animal health deterioration and death. AI and data analytics technologies enable early detection of risk factors and deviation signals, identifying correlations between events and generating warnings about potential threats before they escalate into incidents. The implementation of a predictive biosafety management model will reduce the risk of critical incidents at production sites and shorten response time through early warnings and automated event analytics. These parameters will be verified during the pilot, but it is already clear that the shift is from reactive to proactive biological risk management. Businesses will receive a unified risk profile of sites, a common internal audit methodology, a self-control scoring model, early degradation indicators, training, and access to a professional community. Management gets a live map of interconnections instead of scattered reports. Nikita Yuzefovich, head of digitalization projects at Smart Technologies Invest, said BioPulse is biosafety in advance, protecting people and animals before risk becomes an incident. Agropromcifra will initiate an expert council with federal and regional authorities, scientific community, industry unions, and business to independently verify the methodology and processes. Anastasia Vyalikova, strategic sales director at Agropromcifra, noted that their joint development demonstrates how industry IT expertise becomes concrete industrial solutions, with a unified data model integrating production, veterinary, and logistics processes. The first implementation site will be the enterprises of the Tavros group, an industrial partner, where predictive management scenarios for biological risks will be tested, including prevention of especially dangerous animal diseases. Artem Samoylov, IT and digital transformation director at Tavros, said participation allows the company to be the first to adopt predictive biological risk management. In the future, BioPulse may become an industry platform for interaction between agricultural enterprises, banks, insurance companies, veterinary drug producers, and scientific organizations, with risk assessment results becoming a common language for the entire market.
